Griffin Premium RE.. focuses on Poland’s ascendant office property market. Our quality is founded upon our best-in-class properties and years of real estate experience contributed by some of the top managers on the market.
Our portfolio consists of attractive upscale properties situated in the centre or on the main streets of the largest Polish cities: Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź and Katowice.
We currently own nine properties, including six pure office buildings and three mixed-use office and retail projects. They include some of the most interesting Polish revitalization projects in recent years: Hala Koszyki in Warsaw and Renoma in Wrocław. All of our buildings share distinctive high standards and prime locations, appealing to prominent domestic and foreign tenants.
In the future, we will be investing in other modern pure office or mixed-use projects. Each newly-acquired property will raise the quality of our portfolio in terms of both diversification and stable income, guaranteeing steady and regular returns for our shareholders.
Griffin Premium RE.. operates in a REIT-like structure. We intend to pay out most of our earnings to shareholders in the form of regular and attractive dividends.
Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra, CEO
